Shadow Gear USA ships to every U.S. address, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands) and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders. Your free and faster shipping options for your address are shown at checkout.
Order Processing
- Orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
- You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking is usually active within 24-48 hours.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For a P.O. box, choose a USPS option at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email support@shadowgearusa.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. Shipping damage is covered by our Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and we will send a replacement or a refund. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us and we will work with the carrier to make it right.
